01 - Book a Discovery Call
If you have a wedding date in mind, secure it as early as 18 months or as late as 45 days before your wedding by only paying the non-refundable deposit fee of PHP 6,000.00 or its forex equivalent on the date and time of payment.
02 - Secure your Wedding Date
No matter which Australian visa you hold, as long as you and your partner meet the legal requirements, you can get married in the land down under and your marriage will be registered in the Commonwealth of Australia.
It will be valid and recognized in all countries for straight couples and 34 countries and counting for the LGBTQIA couples.
If there is no need to apply for a visa, you may skip this step.
03 - Apply for Australian Visitor Visa (if required)
Notarized Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM): You and your partner must complete a notarized NOIM form at at least 45 days (30 days as required by Australian law) before your wedding date. This notice is valid for 18 months.
Documentation: You and your partner need to provide evidence of your identity that shows your date and place of birth (Passport for visitors). If you, your partner, or both of you have been previously married, you'll also need to provide evidence of the termination of that marriage (e.g., annulment/divorce certificate or death certificate).
Foreign Language Documents: Any documents in a foreign language must be translated into English by an approved translation service.
We will provide a pdf copy of the NOIM, carefully read the instructions and fill out your details on page 3.
Do not sign page 4 when you are filling out the NOIM, wait until you are in the presence of an Authorised Celebrant and two witnesses, who will witness you signing page 4 on the day of your wedding.
04 - Submit required documents and book a package
The day you thought was impossible is finally happening!
Notes:
Kindly bring your notarized NOIM on the day of your wedding and present it to your wedding celebrant.
In compliance with the Commonwealth Marriage Act 1961, a marriage ceremony in Australia must be conducted by an authorized marriage celebrant. We assure you that all celebrants we work with are fully authorized. The exchange of vows must take place in the presence of two witnesses, each of whom must be at least 18 years of age. Don't worry about finding witnesses – just let us know and we'll happily arrange them for you!
05 - Wedding Day!
Congratulations and best wishes to you and your partner! May your married life be everything you've dreamed of and more.
